What You’ll Be Doing:

- Oversee daily operations on the shop floor
- Supervise and coach technical employees to meet quality and service goals
- Serve as process leader, defining and improving work standards
- Coordinate inventory and purchasing activities
- Communicate effectively across teams to align goals and resolve issues
- Partner with Program Managers to set targets for quality, speed, and cost
- Ensure compliance with engineering procedures and quality standards
- Monitor training needs and coordinate development programs
- Implement and maintain build standards
- Approve employee time cards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and company policies
- Perform other related duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Strong understanding of automated solutions and assembly processes
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate technical concepts
- Proven team management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in FMEA and GD&T
- Knowledge of automotive systems and quality standards (IATF 16949/ISO 9001)
- High integrity, dependability, and results-driven mindset

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing teams
- Background in automation and machine building environments
- Track record of successful continuous improvement initiatives
