Oakpark Powerline Services Ltd is currently looking for a construction project manager/estimator for the electrical utilities sector.

**Responsibilities**

The Project Manager/Estimator will be working with the estimating/management team, the successful applicant will:

- Ability to evaluate tender risks, scopes and resource demands in comparison to company resources
- Prepare take offs, read drawings and specifications, and prepare supporting documentation to submit public and private bids
- Oversee and schedule material, personnel & sub-contractors for assigned projects
- Processing purchase orders, tracking change orders and preparing invoices
- On-site co-ordination and quality control
- Creates measurement tools appropriate to projects to track progress
- Support safety program via project safety plans and on-going site assessments
- Preparation of contracts, cost reports and managing financial performance
- Collaborates with all key stakeholders, including field staff, management, clients, and sub-contractors
- Assist with other duties as required

**Job Requirements and Preferences**
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Technological aptitude, including Microsoft Office, QB Online (estimating), Adobe, Online meeting platforms
- Ability to create a co-operative environment between all stakeholders
- Self-motivated and independent
- Ability to understand, read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Ability to use CAD program is considered an asset.
- Graduate from recognized engineering or construction management program preferred
- Related civil construction and electrical experience is an asset

Oakpark Powerline is located on Highway 75, 3 miles south of St Norbert.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
