Our mental health clinic, located in Kirkland is of a collection of nurturing psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, counsellors, and other therapists who are providing therapy and counselling to clients in the community. Our mission is to promote mental health and wellness through in-person and online therapy, testing, evaluations, group therapy and workshops.

Our clinic is looking for a talented team player who is organized, enthusiastic, customer service minded and who wants to work in a collaborative, warm, and professional atmosphere.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing the highest standards of client service and satisfaction. You must be driven to help others in a compassionate and caring way while balancing the pressure to deliver on scheduling requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client intake, case assignment and follow-ups with client and provider
- Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional and courteous manner
- Provide administrative support to therapists
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, staff, suppliers and other healthcare providers in the community
- Receive payments from clients, record and update financial information in the company operating system
- Protect client’s privacy by maintaining confidentiality of personal information
- Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic needs

Key Skills and Competencies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role

- Able to take initiatives to improve efficiency
