Nous recherchons un professionnel de l’Importation Maritime ayant 2 ans ou plus d’expérience dans les démarches d’importation internationale. Les principales tâches consisteront à faire le suivi des expéditions maritimes, à préparer la documentation et le manifeste des documents d’importation pour les douanes, à établir les coûts et la facturation et à communiquer avec les Clients, les Transporteurs et les Agents.

**Exigences**:

- 2+ ans d’expérience dans les démarches d’importation internationale
- Expérience en service à la clientèle
- Attention aux détails
- Maîtrise de l’anglais écrit et oral
- Personnalité extravertie ; plein d’énergie ; flexible
- Excellente attitude et désir de travailler fort tout en s’amusant

Working out of our Canadian headquarters in the West-Island of Montreal, we are looking for someone who is responsible for making sure the movement of freight across the globe is coordinated and executed successfully according to our customer's needs. **OCEAN IMPORT COORDINATOR**

**What the Job Entails**:

- Track/ trace ocean shipments;
- Prepare documentation and manifest of import paperwork for customs
- Communicate with clients, carriers and agents.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in international import procedures
- Customer service experience
- Attention to details
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible
- Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday
