Analyste du service client / Client Service Analyst – IQVIA Job OverviewUnder broad guidance, ensures clients obtain maximum value from products and services in order to facilitate a positive and productive long‑term relationship, whether with a broad client or a focused offering. Principal Accountabilities First line of support for customers. Ensures fulfillment of contract specifications and ad‑hoc client requests to build client satisfaction, under supervision. Assists team members to build, establish and maintain effective business relationships with clients to proactively support their needs as the day‑to‑day contact, possibly focused on a specific product or service. Ensures, through thorough review and verification, that the product deliverable meets the customer’s specifications, including timeliness and quality. Maintains effective internal communications with Sales and Client Service to keep all apprised on activities with the client. Researches, analyzes and responds to client requests. Conducts service meetings at client sites. Represents IQVIA/IMS on external client projects. Represents other Client Engagement Analysts in their absence. Could fulfill client KPO (on‑site) if required. Assists Client Engagement Managers by managing small and emerging clients. Manages and attends client service meetings. Ownership of the management of new business delivery implementation. Minimum Education, Experience & Specialized Knowledge Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Broad knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures of the client service representative field. Broad knowledge of IMS products and the Pharmaceutical industry, an asset. Meeting facilitation, presentation and training experience preferred. Proficiency in PC applications, such as Excel. Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral). Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and strong customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse business environment. Ability to multi‑task effectively. Ability to work with ever changing priorities. Effective time management capabilities. Working independently & as an effective team member. Work directly with IQVIA departments, teams, support functions and stakeholders located across Canada and around the world; functional knowledge of English (written and spoken) is required to perform this role. As our hiring teams are global, please submit your resume in both English and French. Salary RangeThe potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $64,200.00 – $107,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on qualification, location and schedule. Additional incentive plans, bonuses and other forms of compensation may be offered.
