What you'll do
- You will report to the Director of Service Management to contribute toward the Configuration, Change, and Release Management, manage the establishment and maintenance of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) able to support all other ITIL Service Management disciplines
- Ensure standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all Changes to Configuration Items (CI) through Release Management
- Establishment and running of a Change Advisory Board (CAB) associated with the customer(s) and in remote CSG's offices
- Develop the Configuration Management systems including the design, implementation, and management of new/improved systems for effectiveness
- Preparation and presentation of Configuration Management reports. These will include management (indicating suggested action to deal with current or foreseen shortcomings), impact analysis, and configuration status reports
- Liaison with all Service Management disciplines to ensure that any changes are brought under Change Management control
- Report on Change & Release activities
- Coordinate services, implement and monitor Release Plans, including producing detailed timetables of events and documenting action plans
- Ensure hardware and software being changed is traceable, secure and only correct, authorized and tested versions are installed

You should have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business with Computing Major or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- 10 years of experience working in IT/business test
- Manage complex test programs. Experience working within corporate procedures
- Basic knowledge of Telecommunication environment and customer service procedures
- In-depth/established knowledge of testing concepts, processes, and policy
- Advanced skills in testing tools like HPQC, JIRA
- ISTQB/CSTE accreditation is desirable
- ITIL accreditation will be an advantage
