**Scrum Master/Project Manager**

Reporting to the Director of R&D, the Scrum Master/Project Manager is an integral part of the product development team. In this position, you will champion Project Management and Scrum best practices, processes, and behaviors by creating the conditions for each team to frequently deliver high-user value / high-quality products, allowing each team to self-organize, removing impediments, shielding the team from outside distractions, and continuously promoting and supporting the team’s use of Agile and Scrum.

**As a Scrum Master, you will**:

- Act as the Scrum Master for three Sprint Teams.
- Identify issues and delays in keeping Sprint commitments.
- Ensure that all developers follow agreed-upon Scrum processes.
- Propose process improvements based on each team's maturity.
- Facilitate daily Scrum Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives and Sprint Planning Meetings, and ensure that actions are tracked and followed up accordingly.
- Manage unplanned items that need to be added to a Sprint.
- Identify and review with each team the items that were not delivered within the Sprint and analyze the causes.

**As a Project Manager, you will**:

- Manage ongoing projects, identifying and managing risks impacting project delivery and proactively resolving issues.
- Measure, understand and analyze overall development team metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Help with Azure DevOps maintenance and ensure that everyone is accountable for following the required DevOps processes.
- Continuously engage with the Product Management team.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team on upcoming Sprint planning and Release planning.
- Maintain detailed status and reports on each project, reporting risks and progress to stakeholders.
- Keeping track of planned release dates and flagging issues and delays as early as possible.

**Skills**

**Must haves**:

- Scrum Master certification.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Ability to manage many different projects simultaneously.
- Outgoing, assertive personality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work with a variety of personality types.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment.

**Nice to haves**:

- Experience with Azure DevOps analytics.
- Technical background in computer science or other programming/development experience.
