Our top government client is looking to hire a **Change Management Consultant** for an **8 - month remote contract**. Our client is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Change Advisor to improve the operationalization of the new organizational structure of their Corporate Sustainability Group.

**Top Skills**:

- Organizational design, target operating model design
- Experience developing and implementing change management plans to support organizational design

**Other Skills Required**:

- Ability to advise senior leaders
- Workshop facilitation
- Complex stakeholder management

**Assets**:

- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Experience working in: ESG advisory, information management, financial services; corporate sustainability; federal crown corporation
- Experience delivering organizational solutions for matrix structures

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify challenges with the current organizational structure/operating model and work with the leadership team to propose potential solutions
- Work with leaders to successfully operationalize the new structure through effective change management activities
- Enable leaders (directors and managers) to communicate among themselves efficiently and effectively and with the broader organization, make quick decisions, and facilitate continuous improvement.
