Product Manager

**What to expect**
We are looking for a Product Manager to help us continue expanding our cloud-based platform. The Rebus Platform is the premier extended warehouse technology, providing real-time global warehouse visibility and reporting, labor management, and other extended capabilities. This position is based in Canada or the US and can be hybrid or fully remote.

**Once you join our team, you will**
- Support the planning and delivery of key functionality such as new features, enhancements, and architectural development that deliver value across our workstreams.
- Work with cross-functional partners, represent the voice of the customer and the vision of the product throughout the product development process, and present these as user stories to the engineering team.
- Bring strong leadership and organizational skills to maintain a steady release plan.
- Work in conjunction with the Product team to understand the needs of our users at a granular level.
- Collaborate with the Product team to translate the product roadmap into well-defined product requirements in the form of Epics & User Stories.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and long-term release planning.
- Work with Senior Management to map dependencies to organize the necessary development sequences and mitigate any problems that might affect the success of the product.
- Communicate priorities and maintain the sprint backlog to ensure the development teams are working on the most important initiatives.
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, and ROI
- In partnership with other leadership, develop sales strategies and define product positioning and objectives for effective revenue plans
- Propose and promote product strategies at Product Line level
- Decision-maker on key product directions
- Innovator for new product directions and strategies
- Accountability for product revenue and P&L

**Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, working on sophisticated end-user, multi-platform, web and/or mobile software products or services.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end products through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic and tactical thinking in fast paced environments.
- Can prioritize and resolve issues and defects through collaboration.
- Prior experience working at an established SAAS company, is an asset.
- Scrum certified or Project Management certification (PMP), is an asset.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, to speak to a broad audience: team members, collaborators, and levels of management.
