As our Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for all things finance-related, from building financial reports and conducting analysis to managing payroll and employee benefits. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain financial reports to track financial performance
- Conduct analysis and provide insights to the leadership team
- Build and track budgets for various departments and projects
- Build and track projections to forecast future financial performance
- Run payroll and manage employee benefits
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the leadership team
- Manage client billing

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Finance Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience in building reports and conducting analysis
- Expertise in Excel, Sheets, and other spreadsheet tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
