You will be the first point of contact for most of our prospects and many clients. You will work with two other Client Team members and our CEO.

Possible responsibilities:

- Create weekly blog posts based on real-world use cases and Manifold’s research
- Set, support, and/or run or attend meetings with clients and prospects
- Manage small clients
- Assist with preparing presentation and client materials
- Write monthly release notes for our webapp to communicate new features, capabilities, and offerings
- Generate leads and qualify prospects with the support of the team to bring in new business
- Create and review promotional materials
- Create video tutorials/webinars
- Ad hoc support as needed

**Who are you?**
- We have had people with all kinds of educational backgrounds succeed in similar roles (e.g. life sciences, engineering, business, etc.)
- You are high-energy, eager to learn, excited by new challenges, and a self-starter. Ambiguity doesn't scare you, and you're not afraid to ask questions when you need help
- You have a passion for analyzing, interpreting, and writing about data and analytics
- It would be an asset if you have used data visualization platforms (our webapp involves some amount of data visualization)
- Other skills that may be useful: business development, digital communications, writing in business situations (e.g. copywriting)
- You have a keen eye for detail
- You have skills and eagerness to transform business/consumer insights into stories
- You can work independently and are not afraid to ask questions and collaborate
- You should be familiar with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Excel and Google Docs/Google Sheets are helpful too.
- You will have the opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for a nimble business that has Fortune 500 clients
- You will also have the opportunity to wear many hats and get involved in many aspects of a business

**Salary**: $50,087.55-$62,908.66 per year
