**What Will You Do?**
As the Data Analytics Manager, you’ll play an important role in TCR’s growth by leading the data analytics team. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will ensure that TCR’s significant data assets are used strategically to develop reports and deliver insights to inspire a data-driven culture and achieve business goals. You’ll be an evangelist for data by incorporating emerging technologies into TCR’s collection strategies, ensuring their continuous improvement and making data-driven decisions across the business.
**In your position, you will**:
- Analyze data using SQL/Python to find patterns, insights, and underlying risks
- Use BI Tools to create reports and dashboards for agents, managers and executives that summarize data in a visual format, displaying trends, patterns, and insights at a glance
- Lead cross-functional projects to integrate modern technologies to business functions
- Communicate results and business impacts of key initiatives to the executive team
- Research and recommend industry best practices to augment communication strategies
- Develop business strategies to address and support competitive performance goals at the department and corporate level
- Hire, onboard, and mentor all analytics team members
**Who Are You?**
- Holds an undergraduate degree
- Degree in a quantitative discipline or other relevant field would be an asset
- Fluent with data management and analysis tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL Server
- Proficient programming skills in SQL (preferred), R or Python
- Strong quantitative skills with a working knowledge of statistics
- Excellent problem solver who leverages data and analytics, in conjunction with solid judgement and intuition, to make decisions
- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
- Highly motivated, self-starter, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Results-focused, with a passion for business and delivering high quality work on time

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
