We work with our clients to design and deliver their dream homes on time and on budget, every time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, Sales Consultants, and Business Owner
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and manage social media content
- Perform general office duties including answering calls, preparing documents, invoicing, filing, and data entry
**Qualifications**:
- Completion of a post-secondary Business or Office Administration program or equivalent experience
**Skills and Attributes**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive)
- Comfortable with data entry and maintaining well-organized records
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, adaptable, and eager to learn

- The position is based in Chester Basin, NS and the successful applicant must have reliable transportation
