**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage bookkeeping/design software. (training for specific design software available)
- Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
- Website & social media updating as needed.
- Oversee vendor management, including sourcing, logistics, and procurement.
- On site assistance during projects/photoshoots as needed.
- Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies.

**Experience/Skills**
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping systems and processes is required.
- Interest in interior design an asset.
- Experience in vendor management or procurement is beneficial.
- Organizational skills required
- Website development/website updating a plus. Social media experience an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
