5th World Regenerative Agriculture Corporation is currently seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Manager to join our marketing team. The Content Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our content strategy, producing high-quality written and visual content, and managing our content distribution channels. You will play a crucial role in amplifying our message and advancing our mission through strategic content creation and dissemination. You will be responsible for developing and managing content that inspires action, fosters meaningful connections, and drives positive change on a global scale.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with 5th World's vision and mission, driving awareness and engagement across diverse audiences.
- Coordinate with the team members to create content aligned with objectives and ensure message consistency.
- Oversee and coordinate efforts between multiple platforms including the maintenance of the editorial calendar
- Manage the content calendar across various platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, websites, and own the development of marketing funnels.
- Manage & Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website according to 5W needs.
- Manage content distribution and promotion strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to inform content strategy and make data-driven decisions collaborating with the Data Analyst
- Work with the Marketing Coordinator, contractors, and Ops Lead to develop a dashboard with analytics to get rapid feedback on content for circle leads and content team
- Remain aware of global social trends and how they align with our customer journey
- Manage content strategy budget and ROI
- Manage the 5W newsletter and any other media content

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or equivalent in a related field with 5 years of experience
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a deep understanding of global issues and cultural nuances.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of content creation and community engagement.
- Creativity and curiosity to explore new formats, mediums, and channels for content dissemination, leveraging the power of storytelling to inspire action and drive change.
- Highly creative and fast-paced
- Strong grasp of WordPress, page design and creation
- Strong graphic design skills within Adobe Creative Suite or other
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
