**Overview**
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support Content Crew Logistics ’s multifaceted operations in Vancouver. This role will focus on managing customer interactions, project coordination, and service scheduling across cleaning, logistics, and restoration services.

The CSM will act as the bridge between clients and subcontractors, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.

**Working Hours & Time Zone**
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Location: In person

**Duties**
- **1. Client Communication**_
- Provide project updates and manage inquiries on project status.
- Escalate complex or high-level issues directly to manager.
- **2. Project & Service Scheduling**_
- Coordinate and confirm appointments for services (cleaning, plumbing,

restoration, etc.).
- Ensure timely communication with subcontractors and clients.
- Send appointment reminders and building notices when needed.
- **3. Customer Support & Retention**_
- Follow up on quotes and job approvals.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Request reviews and referrals (template provided).
- **4. Job Tracking & Documentation**_
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, hours worked, and assigned personnel.
- Prepare summaries or invoices based on work logs.
- Assist in tracking multiple ongoing home projects across trades.
- **5. Marketing & Content Coordination**_
- Post updates on social media (using provided templates in Canva).
- Support light design work (e.g., logo updates, business cards via VistaPrint).
- **6. Support Franchise Operations**_
- Track and support franchisee job activity.
- Ensure consistency in service standards and reporting.
- **7. Growth Support**_
- Assist in building a trades directory (Trusted Trades).
- Help implement basic automation and client communication enhancements

(e.g., automated replies).

Pay: $41,600.00 per year
