**About the Role**
VRIFY seeks an innovative and driven Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy, positioning VRIFY as the category leader in AI-enhanced mineral exploration. This role is crucial in building a content program that leverages the latest AI tools to create content that informs, engages and sets new standards in the industry.
As the Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of content across multiple channels. Your work will drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation by producing content that resonates with senior decision-makers in the mining and AI sectors. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure that every piece of content supports business objectives and reaches its full potential through AI-enhanced distribution and optimization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Content Development**: Lead the development and execution of a content marketing strategy that aligns with VRIFY’s overarching business goals. Utilize AI tools to create thought leadership content that establishes VRIFY as an industry authority in AI-driven mineral exploration and pushes the boundaries of what’s possible in content marketing.
- **Comprehensive Content Calendar Management**: Develop and manage a content calendar that ensures a steady flow of high-quality, AI-augmented content across multiple channels, including blogs, white papers, case studies, videos, and social media. Use AI tools to optimize content scheduling and distribution for maximum impact.
- **Content Production & Quality Assurance**: Oversee the creation of a diverse range of content, from technical articles to engaging social media posts. Utilize AI to maintain the highest quality standards and ensure consistency with VRIFY’s brand voice and messaging.
- **Performance Metrics & Data-Driven Optimization**: Leverage AI-powered analytics tools to track content performance and generate actionable insights. Regularly report on content effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement, lead generation, and overall ROI.
- **Content Amplification & AI-Enhanced Repurposing**: Develop strategies to amplify high-performing content across multiple channels, utilizing AI to repurpose content and extend its reach. Incorporate paid media, partnerships, and influencer marketing to maximize visibility and impact.
- **AI-Driven SEO & Content Optimization**: Implement advanced SEO strategies powered by AI to ensure all content is optimized for search engines, driving increased organic traffic and enhancing VRIFY’s online presence. Regularly update and refine content based on AI-driven insights to stay ahead of industry trends.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment**: Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to create content that addresses customer needs, pain points, and industry trends. Ensure all content aligns with the product roadmap and sales objectives, and leverage AI to enhance content relevance and engagement.
**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 4-6 years of experience in content marketing, particularly within Enterprise B2B or AI-driven platforms. A proven track record in creating thought leadership content that drives brand authority and category leadership is essential.
- **Skills**:
- Expertise in developing and executing content strategies that leverage AI to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in AI-driven SEO, with a history of increasing organic traffic and improving search rankings.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, accessible content.
- Experience managing a content calendar and coordinating content production across various formats and channels, focusing on AI-enhanced tools.
- Ability to analyze content performance using AI-driven analytics and make informed decisions to optimize strategies.
- Collaborative mindset, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to produce content that supports business goals.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Advanced content marketing, AI, SEO, and digital marketing certifications are highly desirable.
**What We Offer**
- **Compensation**: A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 CAD, with additional compensation including an annual performance-based bonus.
