Overview

I'm looking for a highly organized, proactive personal assistant to help keep daily life, creative work, and household systems running smoothly. This role is equal parts logistics, life support, and creative support, perfect for someone who loves food, enjoys variety, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Run errands like grocery shopping, prop sourcing, and general task wrangling
  • Household support as needed: organization of workspaces including kitchen + pantry + office, dog walking, daily errands, food prep
  • Support with recipe development (lots of dishes but also lot's of taste testing)
  • Manage calendar + inbox so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Support creative projects: prepping for shoots, making backdrops, assisting with content creation etc
  • Support project organization and miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Extremely organized, proactive, efficient and good at juggling multiple things at once
  • Comfortable learning basic tools (Gmail, Google Workspace, Excel - training provided)
  • Calm, flexible, and resourceful when plans shift (because they always do)
  • Loves food and is comfortable around dogs
  • Based in Vancouver and available mostly in person on weekdays (schedule is somewhat flexible)
  • Friendly, clear communicator with good instincts and follow-through

Details / Perks

  • 30-35 hours/week (weekdays during the day)
  • Pay: $22–25/hr depending on experience with room to grow.
  • Contract: 3 months, with potential to extend if it's a great fit.
  • Lots of food tasting, relaxed workspace, and occasional kitchen freebies.
  • Behind-the-scenes look at creative life + content creation.
