Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze sales and support calls to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management on how to improve customer experience and sales performance.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, support, or call center analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$38,000.00 per year
