**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Social Media Management**:Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor and respond to social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • **Content Creation**:Design visually appealing graphics and content for social media posts and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create compelling narratives.
  • **Digital Advertising**:Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google.
  • Manage budgetary responsibilities for Google Ads and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • **Analytics and Reporting**:Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze social media performance.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, suggesting improvements based on data.
  • **Lead Generation**:Implement strategies for lead generation through social media channels.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition from lead to enrollment.

**Qualifications**

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. **OR** 1-2 Years experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and creative software.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
