**Position: Social Media Coordinator**

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:
**Account & Platform Management**:

- Manage, maintain, and update social accounts and pages across all Cowboys platforms.
- Brainstorm, develop, and execute social campaigns that highlight and amplify the Cowboys brand.
- Manage and respond to all comments, direct messages, and inquiries received through Cowboys social platforms within 48 hours.
- Research and recreate popular trends that tie into the brand and resonate with Cowboys' target audience.
- Ensure daily post requirements are being met across all Cowboys social platforms.
- Develop and produce well-written, on-brand content and messaging for all social platforms.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Produce detailed weekly reports on social media growth and progress towards goals.
- Develop reports on social analytics and insights for specific partners and sponsors.
- Monitor and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of content initiatives.
- Make data-driven decisions to refine strategies and improve results.

**Calendar & Scheduling**:

- Create, organize, and manage the Cowboys Social Media Calendar.
- Ensure all content is efficiently posted on schedule using the Cowboys Social Media Calendar.

**Content Brainstorm & Development**:

- Brainstorm and develop strategies to boost followers and engagement across all social platforms.
- Develop new and engaging content ideas that resonate with Cowboys' target demographic.
- Utilize Team Cowboys and engage with guests on-site to create engaging content.

**Live Onsite Coverage**:

- Capture and post live, engaging, high-quality content across all social platforms during special events and concerts to create a FOMO effect.
- Collaborate with onsite photographers and videographers to ensure goals and objectives are aligned.

**Consistency & Brand Representation**:

- Ensure Cowboys branding and voice are consistent across all posts and social platforms.
- Ensure all content produced is high quality, engaging, and positively represents the brand.

**Plan & Prepare**:

- Develop and prepare social media plans in advance to ensure full coverage of special events and concerts.
- Work with all departments to collect and organize footage, pictures, and content from each event, ensuring all departments have access to and utilize this content.

**Partnerships & Collaborations**:

- Coordinate and collaborate with partners to ensure promotions are engaging, on-brand, and increase overall social presence and engagement.
- Work closely with partners and sponsors to execute pre-planned social media collaborations.

**General Marketing Support**:

- Integrate new content ideas and strategies to align with overall Cowboys marketing goals and targets.
- Assist the Marketing and Graphic Design Teams with the development and creation of social media promotional materials and assets.
- Identify and pursue new partnerships with local organizations and businesses.
- Develop strategies to generate leads, close bookings, and expand client relationships.
- Promote and manage event bookings, including birthdays, fundraisers, and corporate events.
- Assist with the initial setup and management of Cowboys ticketing site, website, and other digital marketing platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
