**About the Role**

We’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator & Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This role combines marketing coordination, content creation, and digital strategy. You’ll help manage campaigns, events, websites, newsletters and social platforms while ensuring consistent and engaging brand storytelling across all channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams, builders, and vendors to deliver creative assets and materials on schedule.
- Update and maintain websites using Squarespace, WordPress, or GoDaddy.
- Create and schedule social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or Later.
- Design engaging visuals using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Manage and monitor Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns at a basic level.
- Track performance using Google Analytics and social platform insights.
- Support events, community activations, and marketing launches.
- Maintain organized marketing assets and assist with reporting and budget tracking.

**What You Bring**
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or social media management.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Squarespace, WordPress, GoDaddy, Mailchimp, Canva, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an asset.
- Working knowledge of SEO and social media best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, creative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience in real estate, development, or creative industries is an asset.
