We are looking for a **Recruitment Specialist** to join our growing Operations Department at ERP Buddies Inc.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Employ vital platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other such professional social networks for posting the ads.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Assist in the administration of the onboarding process by new employee set up coordination and onboarding training.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee files and records.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelors in Human Resources Management/ Business program or equivalent.
- Alteast 1 year of experience in Recruitment, specializing in IT.
- Experience in building the talent pool of IT professionals for the company.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional oral, written and interactive communication skills as well as the ability to build network.
- High level of energy for a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,276.53 per year
