You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments, including technical recruiting, executive search, campus recruitment, and internal staffing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media.
  • Conduct thorough interviewing sessions, employing effective communication skills to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
  • Negotiate employment contracts and offers confidently while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards.
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers and external partners through relationship management techniques and cold calling when necessary to generate candidate pipelines.
  • Coordinate employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and succession planning efforts to support talent management initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Stay informed on industry trends in HR sourcing, social media management, and recruiting best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.

Experience

  • Proven experience in recruiting across multiple domains including technical roles, executive positions, and campus recruitment campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize ATS platforms and experience with HRIS.
  • Strong understanding of employment & labor law as it pertains to hiring practices and contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates through social media management tools and cold calling techniques.
  • Familiarity with HR functions such as employee relations, employee orientation, training & development, and performance evaluations.
