Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Recruiters to join our talent acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and securing top IT talent to support organisational growth.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Recruiter, you'll support the full recruitment cycle, including:

  • Sourcing and identifying qualified IT professionals using tools like Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Building and nurturing a strong network of consultants and candidates
  • Understanding client needs and translating them into clear candidate profiles
  • Conducting screenings and interviews to assess technical and interpersonal fit
  • Coordinating placements and maintaining strong relationships with placed consultants
  • Collaborating closely with the team, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth communication and high-quality service delivery

Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency environment
  • Proven experience in lead generation techniques specific to IT recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of social media management for talent sourcing purposes.
  • Understanding of human resources principles and best practices within the technology sector.
  • Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about connecting talented IT professionals with leading organisations while developing their expertise in modern recruitment technologies and strategies.
