Rates and Commissions and splits are entirely negotiable as we have now grown to the point of needing another team member to work all our open positions across Ontario and Canada.Join our dynamic team as a Recruiter and become a vital driver of our temporary and permanent staffing divisions.In this energetic role, you will lead the full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing top-tier candidates across various levels and industries.Your expertise will help shape our temporary workforce and our client's permanent staffing needs.360 desks in perm and temp are available across all industries. This paid position offers a chance to develop your career and recruitment skills while having a tangible impact on organizational growth.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Develop and execute sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, research, and talent mapping to attract diverse candidates.Conduct interviews with a focus on assessing technical recruiting skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth within the organization.Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent management advice.Maintain compliance with employment & labour law regulations during all recruitment activities.Lead initiatives in recruitment, executive recruiting, and succession planning to ensure long-term talent pipeline health.Lead initiatives in sourcing temporary associates.RequirementsSkillsProven expertise in negotiation and relationship management to secure talent effectively.Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates via social media management platforms and cold calling campaigns.Knowledge of employment law and contracts to ensure compliant hiring practices.Familiarity with employee orientation processes and employee evaluation methods to facilitate smooth onboarding.Ability to manage multiple priorities using ATS platformsExperience in training & development initiatives related to recruiting best practices and talent acquisition strategies.Embark on this rewarding journey where your recruiting expertise fuels our growthWe’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment that values continuous learning and professional development—empowering you to excel in your career while helping us build a stronger team every day.Cooper's is a dynamic recruitment firm offering a variety of opportunities for you as a recruiter and professional at sourcing great talent.Coopersinc.co temporary and permanent staffing solutions.Requirements3 to 5 years experience as a recruiter.
