**Duties**:

- Complete account receivable duties including sending statements, bank deposits, and outbound customer collection calls.
- Daily and/or weekly follow-up with delinquent accounts, following escalation procedure when necessecary.
- Ensures maximum sensitivity and responsiveness to all customer requirements.
- Issue receipts for transactions; prepare bank deposits, balance and daily records, etc.
- Present information in on-on-one or small group situations to clients, teammates and management.
- Maintains high level knowledge and understanding of services offered and operating systems.
- Ability to comprehend service agreements and instructions, and interpret accounts accordingly.
- Liaise with various departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Data entry.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required, diploma/degree in accounting preferred.
- 2+ years of Accounts receivable for a mid to larger size company.
- Ability to hit tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong confidence in communicating across all departments and with external clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
