**Accounts Receivable Specialist** On behalf of our immensely successful client, VineHR is looking for an _**Accounts Receivable Specialist**_ to join their team at their head office in Burnaby. If you are an Accounts Receivable professional looking for you next career opportunity, we would love to hear from you **The Opportunity** Reporting directly to the Controller, this is an opportunity to be the key Accounts Receivable Specialist in an organization. Day to day varies but your overall responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Daily interactions with customers handling enquiries related to their accounts while providing excellent customer experience - Perform daily, and high-volume customer account reconciliation with high accuracy - Assist with cheque requests and post deposits for multiple locations - Work with the collection team to ensure timely payments - Support other accounting and finance team members on projects on an as-needed basis We are looking for a strong communicator that loves to be in an interactive role. In addition, we believe the following criteria would be helpful: - This role is suited for someone with at least 3 years of accounts receivable experience in a customer service-oriented environment - Post-secondary degree in accounting, finance, business administration or other related field is considered an asset - Working knowledge of accounting software and the MS Office Suite (in particular MS Excel) - Demonstrated ability to process high volume of transactions with accuracy and detail **Location** This in an office-based position (Monday to Friday) at our client’s head office in Burnaby. It is a spacious office with a social, professional yet very down to earth atmosphere. **Compensation** Our client is offering a comprehensive compensation package including base salary in the range of $50,000 - 54,000 per year depending on experience, bonus, extended benefits, RRSP contribution, vacation and other perks.
