**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead, train, and manage kitchen and front-of-house staff to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Implement and maintain food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations.
- Develop and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs effectively to maximize profitability.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with chefs to create seasonal menus that reflect current trends in the food industry.
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement in operations and service delivery.

**Skills**
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management within a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in restaurant management, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- A background in food service is essential; previous roles in the food industry are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges as they arise.
