**Company Description**

We are a design build construction company based in Delta, BC. Our focus is on tenant improvement projects related to grocery, pharmacy, restaurant/food service and medical/dental.

**Role Description**:
Full-time on-site Lead Carpenter role on projects throughout the lower mainland. Responsible for managing and coordinating on-site operations of commercial tenant improvement projects. Supervising laborers and subcontractors, ensuring quality work and compliance with safety regulations and timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Carpentry, Framing, Finish Carpentry skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Carpentry, with at least 1 year in leading construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs
- Knowledge of construction regulations and safety procedures
- Strong leadership, communication, time management and problem solving skills
- Experience in tenant improvement projects is a plus
- Must have own vehicle and tools

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
