What You'll Do as a Red Robin Kitchen Manager

At Red Robin, our Kitchen Managers aren't just in charge of the back-of-house; they're leaders, trainers, problem-solvers, and the keepers of our incredible food quality standards.

You'll take ownership of everything that happens in the kitchen, including:

Leading and mentoring a team of kitchen staff to keep operations smooth.

Ensuring our burgers, BOTTOMLESS SIDES, and all menu items are cooked to perfection every time.

Managing food production, inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization.

Controlling food & labor costs to optimize restaurant profitability.

Upholding the highest safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.

Creating an energized, positive, and motivated kitchen culture.

What You Bring to the Table:

1+ years of full-service restaurant experience as a Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen Manager.

A proven track record of leading a high-performing kitchen team.

Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge (Foodsafe Level 1 preferred; Level 2 is a plus).

Flexibility to work a mix of days, nights, weekends, and holidays—because our guests love Red Robin every day of the week
