Competitive Pay & Perks You'll Love:
- $70,000 - $80,000 per year + Tip Pool Share
- Generous Tip Pool Share (Average $6K-$10K annually) +

2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience (GM or equivalent).

What You'll Need to Succeed:Restaurant Leadership Experience: Prefer 2+ years in a General Manager or equivalent high-volume restaurant leadership role or long term success as an Assistant General Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career. You've successfully led teams, delivered strong financial results, and created exceptional guest experiences.
Proven People Leadership: You're a mentor, motivator, and culture builder who knows how to hire, train, and develop an engaged team of team members.
Business & Financial Acumen: You understand P&L management, labor control, food costs, inventory, and local marketing strategies. You know how to maximize profitability while delivering a world-class experience.
Hospitality-Driven Mindset: You understand that service isn't just about food—it's about creating memorable moments that keep guests coming back.
Operational Mastery: You're experienced in scheduling, forecasting, compliance, health & safety standards, and restaurant efficiency.
