We are looking for an SuccessFactors Functional Implementation Specialist to design, develop and re-engineer document and attachment management systems, processes and solutions using our content integration platform, docuflow to integrate various cloud content management systems throughout the modules of SAP SuccessFactors. You will use a mix of consultative skills, HR process knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate and configure document management solutions into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.
**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- You will work proactively with clients to refine their HR document management and document process strategies and requirements.
- You will assist clients in the implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration & development, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of attachment and attachment processes throughout the SAP SuccessFactors platform
- You will provide functional and technical knowledge & manage client expectations and relationships.
- You will use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and solution expertise to effectively integrate technology into the clients’ SAP SuccessFactors platform.
- You will act as a mentor and advise other team members.
- Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs
- Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
- Use your business smarts to support client transformation programs, whether domain
- or platform-led
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Minimum 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation consulting or technical experience
- Ideally you are certified in SuccessFactors HCM suite such as but not limited to Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central and other modules
- Experience in facilitating requirements gathering workshops
- Persuasive, socially skilled, able to coach and guide, analytical, ambitious, have commercial insight, client focused, curious, digital savvy, and have a growth mindset
- Problem-solving skills to drive resolution of issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem
- Passionate about people and the impact of technology on ways of working, including virtual collaboration
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- End-to-end SAP SuccessFactors design, configuration and implementation experience
- Experience, proven track-record or certificates for various SuccessFactors Management Modules
- You have strong affinity with Human Resources function
- You have proven experience of digital communication and design thinking skills in addition to change management
- You speak and write fluently and clearly in English.
- Knowledge of doing business across many countries a key advantage.
**Location**:
- Our office is in Vancouver, but we are open to someone working remotely within Canada
**Type**:
