Our Client is looking for an
ERP Project Specialist - SAP.
This is a Sr. Project Coordinator/Jr. Project Manager type of role.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Manager ERP Technology, the ERP Project Specialist - SAP plays a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP-related projects. This role involves coordinating multi-functional teams, handling timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring that project goals align with business objectives.
The Specialist serves as a bridge between technical teams, business partners, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and optimization of ERP systems i.e. S/4 HANA, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors.
This is an initial 12-month contract to start with strong possibility of extension based on program needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Help plan and implement ERP projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations, leading end-to-end implementation and coordination with system integration vendors and business teams for projects such as S/4HANA, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors etc.
- Facilitate communication between SAP consultants, vendors, and internal business and technical teams.
- Drive and facilitate the team leads to monitor project timelines and deliverables ensuring alignment to project plans.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users across departments such as Operations, Marketing and Finance.
- Participate in change management initiatives to ensure positive adoption of new SAP features and workflows.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain documentation including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Support project process compliance for Corporate Applications SOX and related audits.
- Assist in the development of critical metrics and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Facilitate testing and validation of ERP functionalities before deployment.
- Provide ongoing support and fixes for SAP users, advancing issues as needed to technical teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in project management activities such as coordination or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- PMP or SAP certification is an asset.
- Confirmed project coordination and collaborator management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including outstanding communications to speak effectively to diverse technical and business audiences.
- Sound analytical thinking and problem-solving competence.
- Understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations is valuable.
- Proficient Spanish, both written and spoken, is considered an asset.
