We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a junior service coordinator. As a key member of our HVAC department, you will assist in coordinating and managing HVAC appointments and jobs, ensuring their smooth execution from start to finish

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating HVAC projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and materials procurement.
- Communicate with account managers, technicians, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and correspondence.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays, taking proactive measures to resolve them.
- Provide administrative support to the HVAC department, including data entry, filing, and general office tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project integration.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in HVAC or construction industry is a plus.
- Experience with Jonas construction software is preferred but not required.
