SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: HEARTWOOD MANUFACTURING LTD. is recognized as an industry leader, specializing in a broad range of quality melamine and laminate office furniture. Delivering top-quality products and service by hiring top quality people is a key to our success.

The successful applicant will possess the following skill sets:

- Excellent customer service and phone manner
- Strong computer skills
- Strong math skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail - data entry accuracy very important
- Able to problem solve and multitask
- Able to work in a fast pace, team oriented, office environment
- Space planning, drawing/drafting background an asset
- Experience quoting/estimating an asset

A competitive compensation and benefits package is included with the wage being negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. Eligible for profit share at 3 months. Heartwood is an equal opportunity employer.
