- Experience in a customer facing role
- Experience as a supervisor or manager OR post secondary education in a related field
- Automotive experience or interest is an asset but is not required

- Provide leadership to frontline staff and oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Work collaboratively with the Service Manager to provide the O’Regan’s standard of customer service
- Coach and develop frontline staff
- Communicate concerns and opportunities to management to facilitate the continuous improvement of service department operations
- Provide constructive feedback for staff performance reviews
- Maintain positive customer relationships
- Address customer concerns to ensure a positive experience
