**Summary**

As an Automotive Service Advisor at MacLeod's Auto Service, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service throughout their automotive repair experience. Located in a friendly and professional environment, this position is key to maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their automotive service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services based on customer requests and vehicle assessments.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and services provided.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Self motivated and work well as a team player.
- Organized and open communication with the rest of staff.

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
