**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has knowledge of business administration, sales and marketing.
- Is competent in Microsoft Office and Canva.
- Can work well in a team environment and is self driven.
- Is interested in electrical products, lighting, and learning about new technologies.
- Can learn and manage all aspects of small business including, CRM, project management, KPI’s and strategic planning.

**Daily tasks include**:

- Support for managers in the territory by helping customers understand the products and services being offered, providing price & delivery, creating quotations, fielding customer service requests.
- Manage and update customer database/CRM. Ensure management are aware of any issues/opportunities related to an account.
- Handle customer complaints promptly, effectively and report potential claims.
- Carry out sales and merchandise programs as directed and recommend new items for distributor/showroom stock.
- Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings as requested. (National/International travel potentially required).
- Reacting quickly and efficiently to all customer requests.

**Considered an asset**
- Customer service or sales experience
- Post secondary in electrical, electronics or a business-related program
