**What You’ll Do**
- **Hands-On Plumbing**: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
- **Preventative Maintenance**: Conduct inspections and implement measures to prevent future problems.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with management to improve services and expand the business.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure all work meets New Brunswick plumbing codes and safety standards.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- **Leadership Development**: Take on increasing responsibilities as the division evolves, contributing to its growth and success.

**Who You Are**
- Licensed Plumber in New Brunswick with 3+ years’ experience.
- Driven and proactive - you see opportunities and make them happen.
- Skilled communicator who can work with customers, suppliers, and teammates.
- Organized, dependable, and results-focused.
- Comfortable with responsibility and able to balance field work with operational oversight.
