**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Exercise initiative, judgment, and decision-making in solving problems and meeting project and organizational objectives.
- Employee relations
- Ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Identifying staffing needs throughout the organization
- Comprehensive understanding of the business, its operations and the people who perform the work
- Manage the onboarding process
- Ability to work collaboratively, building relationships with colleagues and customers
- Participate in the development of strategy and action plans to support
- Developing and maintaining tools, documents and reports supporting business growth initiatives
- Participate in 2 Tradeshows per year
- Review supply inventory reporting
- Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance policies and practices in accordance with changing needs
- Always execute on policies and procedures which support the business strategy.
- Perform other analytical or administrative tasks as required by the business operations function
**Qualifications**:
- Graduated from a recognized post-secondary institution or applicable experience in the industry.
- Eagerness to learn, ideate and innovate
- Self-motivated, professional, capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- 5 years of Operations Experience
- Have completed a business/trade curriculum;
- Technical requirements: Excel, MS Office, Power point
- Strong business financial acumen
- Effective communications skills, both written and spoken
- Attention to detail approach to research, analysis and documentation
