**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Take customer orders either directly from customers or sales representatives
- Handle customer complaints and/or questions and follow up with appropriate internal personnel (Lab, Production, Purchasing, Accounting) as required.
- Maintain customer files ensuring contact and order information is kept up to date
- Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with shipping and production to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Serve as the initial point of contact when new customers call to request information and forward the customer to the Area Sales Representative where required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, word, Excel and SAP
- 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with rigor and mínimal supervision
- Team-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high service standards
- Dynamic and engaged attitude, with a strong sense of collaboration
- Fluent in both French and English, enabling you to communicate effectively with clients, our business units, and partners across Québec, English-speaking provinces, and the United States
