Customs Compliance Specialist

We are looking to fill a permanent position of **Customs Compliance Specialist** in our Ville Saint-Laurent office.
Reporting to the Logistics Director, your role will be, among other things, to execute all the needs required to ensure the compliance of customs activities in Canada and the United States. You will act as a resource person for customs compliance and provide support to the teams.
**More specifically, your main tasks will be**:
- Ensure compliance of import and export operations by respecting internal processes and American and Canadian regulations.
- Take charge of projects, analyze new products, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Create reports, update, and optimize compliance procedures.
- Act as a resource person in terms of customs compliance and answer questions from internal and external interns.
**Requirements**:
- Have a degree in logistics or a related field.
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar position
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite, AS/400 and Knowledge of various data bases
- Bilingualism (French and English), both written and oral.
- Posses a CSCB certification.
- Mastery of Canadian and American customs regulations
