This Position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment ManagerIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes, skills, and tools. Each day, you will support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.
This role reports to the Planning and Fulfillment manager
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Electrification (Smart Building / Smart Power).
You will be mainly accountable for:
Monitors suppliers' order acknowledgments and dispatch advice, along with the inbound processes.
Handles urgent situations to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitors the purchase orders backlog and performs regular expending activities with internal (feeder factories) and external suppliers to ensure customer on-time delivery.
Minimizes the late backlog by proactively identifying root causes and implementing recovery plans.
Tracks goods received at the warehouse to verify appropriate delivery.
Monitors supplier performances, including on-time delivery, quality, lead time, reverse logistics, and planning parameters, conducts periodical performance reviews, and resolves related issues.
Qualifications for the role:
You are organized.
You are comfortable working with Excel.
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain.
You are well versed in SAP.
Professional fluency in French and English (spoken and written). French is required; English is essential for communicating with clients outside Québec.
