Reports to: Office Manager

Location: Vancouver, B.C.

Status: Full Time

Compensation: negotiable hourly rate starting at $21.00 + benefits

Primary Position Requirements

Your role is vital to our success, and we’re looking for excellence in five key areas:

- Deliver exceptional patient experiences through outstanding administrative support.
- Exhibit proficiency in scheduling and managing patient payments.
- Provide dedicated operational support to our experienced and passionate physiotherapy team.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of basic financial processes, including invoicing and payment collection.
- Be a collaborative team player, working efficiently and accurately within our administrative team.


We’re looking for a standout individual to join our team You’ll be a great fit if you possess the following:
**Skills**:

- Excellent customer service abilities and a compassionate nature.
- Comfort with multi-line phone systems and booking software.
- A genuine passion for your work.

**Experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Familiarity with Clinicmaster is a plus.
- High school diploma with relevant work experience, or a college degree.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
