As **strategic, creative, and agile partners and storytellers**, the Public Affairs & Global Communications team develops, implements, and executes internal and external communications activities that proactively: - contribute to the **business’ success**; - engage and connect** employees**; - strengthen the **reputation** of CAE and its **brand**; and - propel our **high-tech evolution.** **The role we are offering you**: Working hand in hand with our business units and corporate functions, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and support different projects, both internal and external. Are you ready to: - Participate in the development and implementation of internal and external communications campaigns, strategies, programs, and corporate events. - Develop and support various company-wide communication channels and vehicles (newsletters, presentations, blogs, etc). - Develop concepts and write content for a wide range of communications tools. - Provide strategic communications counsel to internal customers for their employee communications and external communications. - Support Communications Advisors in the implementation of company-wide communication channels and vehicles, online and offline. - Complete other tasks, as required. - A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, event coordination or related discipline. - 1-3 years’ experience in corporate or marketing communications. - Bilingual in French and in English with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills. - Experience in communications planning and project management. - Ability to manage simultaneous projects, with rigour and meet strict deadlines. - Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and self-discipline. - Ability to show initiative and creativity. - Good initiative and sound judgement. **CAE offers you**: - Exciting and varied projects at the heart of an innovative and high-tech industry. - A dynamic and creative team. - A competitive salary. - Flexible hours and possibility to work from home regularly. - New, modern workspaces. - Free parking and large cafeteria.
