**Duties**
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients as directed by the chef or kitchen supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Support cooking staff during meal service by ensuring that all necessary ingredients and utensils are readily available.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the safe handling of food products.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
- Participate in the cleaning of kitchen equipment and appliances to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with serving meals to guests when required, providing excellent customer service.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods is advantageous.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations within the food service industry.
