**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies. This includes light kitchen prep and possibly sandwich prep when needed.
- Follow recipes and other bakers' instructions accurately to ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to comply with food safety standards.
- Willing to work flexible hours as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and excellent customer service.
- Work well both independently and with a team.
- Assist with the early morning bake, including garnishing an decorating/finishing products for display.
- Manage display inventory, learning production numbers as they vary throughout the season.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in baking or pastry preparation is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling, kitchen prep and safety regulations is highly encouraged.
- Familiarity with restaurant kitchen and bakery operations is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- A passion for cooking and baking, with a willingness to learn new techniques and to follow team members' instructions, including cleanup when completing tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
