- Provide real-time technical support to customers, dealerships, and field technicians for automotive system diagnostics and repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electronics, software integration, and other vehicle subsystems.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to analyze vehicle data and identify root causes of problems.
- Guide customers and technicians through repair processes, parts replacements, and system updates.
- Maintain detailed records of support cases, including steps taken and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to report recurring issues, suggest improvements, and develop technical documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, software systems, and industry best practices.
- Conduct training sessions or create support materials (e.g., guides, FAQs, videos) for internal and external audiences.
- **Skills and Qualifications**:_
- Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics, diagnostics, and repair processes.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, automotive software, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or similar platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple support cases simultaneously.
- Able to make decisions using existing and out of box methods in order to assist customer with their issues.
- **Education and Experience**:_
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). If your degree is in something else, please let us know.
- Certification from automotive institutions (e.g., ASE certification) preferred.
- Previous experience in automotive technical support or repair roles is highly desirable.

- A 1-2 week internship is required before being considered for part-time or full-time employment.
