**Job Summary**:
Office Location: Calgary, AB
**Working alongside Senior Sale Executive in a team setting, the key responsibilities are**:
- ** Client Relationship Management**: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for ongoing needs and inquiries.
- ** Account Management**: Handle day-to-day client account activities, ensuring all campaigns are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- ** Client Onboarding**: Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients by walking them through initial processes, timelines, and setting up necessary accounts with billing and CRM.
- ** Cross-Selling & Upselling**: Identify opportunities to offer additional products that could benefit the client, collaborating with Senior Sales Rep to implement strategies for cross-selling or upselling.
- ** Sales Support**: Collaborate with the Senior Sales Rep in the development of sales proposals, client presentations, and contracts, ensuring all materials are tailored to client needs and delivered within required timeframes.
- ** Target Achievement Support**: Work closely with Senior Sales Rep to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, ensuring all account activities align with broader sales goals.
- ** Campaign Execution**: Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, creative, production, operations) to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and projects.
- ** Issue Resolution**: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- ** Reporting and Analysis**: Provide regular updates and reports on account status, campaign performance, and client feedback to the Senior Sales Rep and Management.
- ** Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM software.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales support or coordination, account management, or a related role.
- ** Customer Focus**: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service with a client-first mentality.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- ** Communication Skills**: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Proactive and solution-oriented, with a keen ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
- ** Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously with excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
- ** Team Player**: Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to collective goals.
- ** Sales Acumen**: Basic knowledge of the sales funnel and ability to assist in various stages, from lead generation to closing deals.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
